When the vessel arrives to port. Typically CBP will release the car within a week after they complete physical inspection of the vehicle. The time range for release can vary by port and some releases can come in within the same day or next day if CBP process early. Please note while the broker can clear your vehicle with customs by submitting the customs entry to get the release, US Customs still needs to perform a physical exam of the vehicle before they allow the port to let you pick up it.

Most port terminals for RORO vessel imports allows the importer 10 days when arrived to pick up the car.
